CLIENT INFORMATION

In an effort to facilitate a rapid transfer of information from our clients, especially in cases where the client may not have a suitable computer program in place, or easy access to export capabilities, we are providing a simple but powerful data entry program. It is called Client Collection Information Database or CCID for short. This program will allow a client to enter the company account information that we require in order to start processsing the account and send this data electronically. CCID also provides a handy summary page which provides summary calculations based on a clients' specific Collection Fee Rates as well as a detailed report of placed accounts for your records. At any point, the database can be exported and transmitted to our offices, either by E-mail or by standard U.S.Mail. The CCID program creates a file named WMJTRAN.DBF each and every time you are exporting information. This is the file that is transferred on disk or by E-mail. CCID is available to ALL of our clients, free of charge. Copyrights are protected and you may not copy, distribute, or re-sale this program in any form.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD - You will need to download the CCID program file only once, and then again only if there are program updates. But to insure current and accurate data formats and current versions of the program, you will need to check at this site at least once every 6 months or if you are notified of an update by Worthington Moore & Jacobs if a new one is available.
