David Caprario

Mr. Caprario, C.E.O. of Worthington, Moore & Jacobs, Inc., manages all collection, finance and administrative functions pertaining to our company. Prior to founding WM&J in 1995, Mr. Caprario had extensive experience as collection manager to a nationally known agency in the Washington, D.C. area. He specialized in the design and implementation of custom collection programs established specifically for some of the nation’s largest telecommunications and institutional banking organizations. Mr. Caprario is an active member of the Commercial Collection Agency Association, certified by the Commercial Law League of America.

Michael O’Connor

Mr. O’Connor, Senior Vice-President of Collections for Worthington, Moore & Jacobs, Inc., has extensive experience in the collection industry, serving as Vice President of Collection Operations for three nationally known agencies, specializing in developing and implementing strategies that increase revenue recoveries. Additionally, he is an active member of the American Collectors Association, and has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the ACA’s Seaboard Chapter representing Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C..
