ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNTS
PLACED IN COLLECTION
Worthington, Moore and Jacobs (WMJ) can provide
a Client the ability to submit Accounts for Collection in electronic
form. In order to accomplish this in a quick and efficient manner, we
are providing the following guidelines for electronic submission.
I. A Client can submit data electronically, in
one of three types of data.
|
1. ASCII Delimited Text File format
2. dBASE III+ file format
3. Lotus/Excel Spreadsheet format |
It is recommended that which ever method is
used, that the Client remain consistent in the use of that transfer
method and that ALL future transmissions to WMJ are standardized and DO
NOT CHANGE in format or content.
II. The following information is
requested on each account that is placed electronically. Please note
that each of these pieces of information need to be in a separate
data field.

wishing to submit electronic data must make advance
arrangements with Worthington, Moore and Jacobs and establish a
point of contact who will be responsible for processing the account information.
