Software
In an effort to facilitate deployment of information
to and from our Clients, especially in cases where the Client may not
have a suitable computer program in place, or easy access to
import/export capabilities, we are providing simple but powerful
software programs which allow you to access collection information.
These programs are made available to our clients, free of charge.
Copyrights are protected and you may not copy, distribute, or re-sale
these programs in any form.
REMOTE
VIEWER program
This is a stand-alone program which must be downloaded and installed
on a Client's computer system. This program allows a Client to review
Debtor information that is used internally by Worthington, Moore
and Jacobs. This includes all basic available Debtor information
provided by the Client as well as additional data gathered in the
collection process, specific Collector account notes, as well as
payment and charge entries made to any specific account. Clients
wishing to use this program must make advance
arrangements with Worthington, Moore and Jacobs and establish a
routine update schedule which provides updated account information.
CCID
program
This is also a stand-alone program which must be downloaded and
installed on a Client's computer system. This program is called Client
Collection Information Database or CCID
for short. This program will allow a client to enter the company
(debtor) account information that we require in order to start
processsing the account and send this data electronically. CCID also
provides a handy summary page which provides summary calculations
based on a clients' specific Collection Fee Rates as well as a
detailed report of placed accounts for your records. This the
database can be exported and transmitted to our offices, either by
E-mail or by standard U.S.Mail. Clients wishing to use this
program must make advance
arrangements with Worthington, Moore and Jacobs and establish a
point of contact who will beresponsible for processing the account information. |
